Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our residents by fostering a sense of neighborhood and enforcing our community guidelines. Join us in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for all.

Support the future of Canterbury Chase by paying your annual dues today. The 2026/2027 annual dues are only $30.00. Current dues are for the period of June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. Your support helps maintain the quality of life that we all enjoy. Thank You!

At our September 17th HOA meeting, Deputy of Assessment Administration, Kevin McKeon, will present to the Canterbury Chase homeowners information regarding the property tax constitutional amendment that will be on the November 3rd General Election ballot
The Florida Legislature has proposed a constitutional amendment that would make several changes to Florida’s property tax system, including:
- Increasing the homestead exemption for qualifying properties.
Reducing the assessment limitation for non-homestead properties.
Establishing additional residency-related provisions for certain homestead benefits.

As we welcome a new season (and hopefully some cooler temps!), your Canterbury Chase HOA is excited to announce that nominations are now open for our Fall Home of the Season!
Nominations will be accepted now through September 22nd — the first day of Fall!
Do you have a neighbor who has made significant improvements to their home or curb appeal? Maybe their beautiful landscaping, fresh updates, or overall pride in their home has helped make Canterbury Chase an even more beautiful place to live.
Give them the recognition they deserve! ❤️
