Canterbury Chase subdivision is a deed restricted community. The purpose of Canterbury Chase Homeowners Association, is to bring about a closer friendly working relationship of the people of this community. In carrying out this purpose, this organization shall support and encourage worthwhile local improvements, engage in community activities, and participate in community meetings and programs.

  • Am I required to be a member of the Homeowners Association?

    No, you are not required to be a member of the Homeowners Association to live in Canterbury Chase. However, you will still be affected by the bylaws and deed restrictions of Canterbury Chase.

  • How much does it cost to be a member of the Homeowners Association?

    Dues are $20 per year.

  • When and where are the Homeowners Association meetings held?

    Meetings are held at 7:00pm the third Thursday when a meeting is scheduled that month. Currently, meetings are held in January, March, April, September, and November at Saint Anne Episcopal Church 6650 113th Street Seminole on the corner of 66th Avenue and 113th Street.

  • When does the Homeowners Association Newsletter come out?

    Newsletters are distributed by Block Captains the weekend before a scheduled meeting. Special Editions are published periodically.

  • How do I become a sponsor for the Canterbury Chase Newsletter and how much does it cost?

    Contact a Homeowners Association Board of Directors member and let them know you would like to be a sponsor.

  • What is that vacant property on the south side of 66th Avenue between Evergreen Avenue and 68th Avenue?

    The property was originally The Tides Golf Course. It is currently closed.

  • Are there any regularly scheduled activities happening in the neighborhood?

    There are! All are invited, and new members are always welcome!

    Canterbury Chase Homeowners Association sponsors a Halloween Costume Contest and a Halloween and Christmas house decorating contest. More information is printed in the corresponding month's Newsletter.

    No. There are several options for trash pickup. Contact a Homeowners Association Board of Directors member, your neighbors, or your block captain for suggestions.
